Shiners Dew
Pre enrolled in the NRBC in Texas for his 4, 5 and 6 year old year he is now in training with Gary Van Hoosen and Richard Harris (and so am I) to prepare to show him in his 5 year old year, since we (the trainers and I) don't feel he will be ready and I will certainly not be, for his 4 year old year which would be April of 2011. Sooooo, this next year will be devoted to Shiner and making him an outstanding Reining Horse with some local shows to begin with and then some AQHA and NRHA shows to get both of us used to the idea of it and give me time to take lots of lessons. Wish us luck. So far, he seems to be doing well, after just 30 days of training with Gary Van Hoosen in Sanger. Sharon McKinney will be my friend and groom and moral support.

He is also Eligible for the AQHA Incentive Fund
AQHA 2007 Black Stallion. He is tested Homozygous for the black gene (EE). He will not sire a red foal and unless your mare carries Agouti (the black points gene) and throws it, he won't sire a bay either. If you want a black foal...this is the stallion. He is a Shining Spark grandson on the top side of his pedigree and Grays Starlight on the bottom side. This fine black stallion is built compact.and ready to win..and he is only a yearling and 2 year old in the above photos. He has been taught to mount the phantom and collect into an Artificial Vagina for Artificial Insemination and Cooled and Frozen shipped semen across the country. His first foal crop will hit the ground this year.
Shiners Dew is already enrolled in the NRBC (National Reining Breeders Classic) in Texas and will be showing there as a 4 year old and will be shown in schooling shows, beginning this winter, here locally...he is currently being broke to ride and doing wonderfully, showing great athleticism and willingness with an awesome disposition. He is very athletic, smart and willing...Quick learner and extremely gorgeous! His temperament can't be beat.
Check out his full 4 generation pedigree. and scroll down to print contracts and book to this fine, up and coming stallion.
