Frozen Semen: Each shipment of frozen semen contains detailed information about the semen including post-thaw semen quality and handling and thawing instructions with Protocol for your Veterinarian to go by. Also available upon request are sterile non-spermicidal insemination kits. Our staff is always available for consultation with the receiving Veterinarian.

Frozen Semen in the U.S. will be aproximately $200 depending somewhat on where in the U.S. you are located.
We now offer semen evaluation for fresh, cooled/ frozen stallion semen for shipping or for storage and preservation of bloodlines. If your stallion already mounts a phantom and collects for cooled shipping or just artificial insemination we can collect and evaluate his semen and test freeze it for $250 and would require 2 sessions/collections to get an accurate account of freezing success. If your stallion has never been artificially collected we will need to teach him to collect artificially so the fee is $350 to collect him and evaluate his semen for freezing ability. This includes teaching him to mount the phantom and collect into an artificial vagina (AV), semen evaluation with fresh semen motility, morbidity, concentration, and volume as well as cooled and frozen with post-thaw results using 2-3 different types of extenders. We can then store your stallions frozen semen for $10 per month for up to 100 straws and/or ship it anywhere within the US and Canada when needed.
We are a full service stallion station with a complete laboratory. We are certified in Ultrasound, Reproductive Management, Stallion Phantom Training, Artificial Insemination, Freezing Stallion Semen, Utilizing Frozen Semen, Cooled Semen, and Color Genetics.
Frozen semen is treated basically the same as cooled by AQHA and APHA registries with respect to paperwork and requirements as long as you own the stallion.
If you want further training with your stallion so he is fully trained to mount the phantom, we offer that as well and can incorporate it into the semen evaluation and Cooled/Frozen semen testing.
