Pbs Starbuck is a Foundation bred Quarter Horse Dunskin Stallion
He is almost a 100% color producer with his first 2 foal crops of 22 foals hitting the ground -only one didn't get his cream or dun factor...and it was a bay colt out of a buckskin mare, if you can believe it!
...all his foals (21 of them) besides that bay, have been palomino, palomino dun, buckskin or buckskin/dun (dunskin) with 1 red dun, and 1 zebra dun. This one foal came out bay...and he has been bred to red, bay and black mares...as well as paints.

Pbs Starbuck is a Poco Bueno, Skipper W and Two Eyed Jack foundation bred American Quarter horse Dunskin Colored Stallion. Check him out! He is gorgeous, athletic and gentle and is throwing the same. He is 92% foundation bred. PBS Starbuck is a Dunskin with creme, Agouti and Dun genes. He is black based in color and should sire 75% color but has sired almost 100% color, so far... Palominos/duns, buckskin/duns and a red dun, zebra dun and one bay.
This awesome stud has all black points with no white on him and stands at 15.1hh. Sired by SGT Poco King Buck ( X Poco Cherrio a strong Poco Bueno bred quarter horse stallion) and out of a beautiful quarter horse Palomino mare, Kayla Star (Two Eyed Jack and Skipper W breeding as well as Poco Bueno). Several generations of color behind him on both sides of this great pedigree. Very laid back and sweet disposition. Straight and correct conformation. He sorts, trail rides and goes through water chest high, hi-lines, goes over rocks and creeks and logs and rides quietly with other horses on the trail. He carries the flag at shows while performing the Grand Entry, beautifully. He is currently in training for roping, reining and working cowhorse and will be showing as his breeding schedule will allow. For the 2008/2009 breeding season his stud fee will be $600 with a $50 booking fee that goes towards that stud fee with $50 discounts for booking early (by January 1), multiple mares (even if booked to one of our other stallions), proven mares and referral discounts (tell a friend). He has been taught to mount the phantom for Artificial insemination and shipping of semen across the country. His semen has been evaluated and is great for shipping and he had a great conception rate on the 2007 and again in the 2008 breeding seasons.
We offer the $50 off multiple mares booked to him or any of our stallions here at The Lewis Ranch Stallion Station, so check out our Black and White homozygous Tobiano and our Homozybous Buckskin/Dun Tobiano as well as our 100% Foundation Gray, own son of Jackie Bee our new homozygous black stallion, Shiners Dew and our new Smokey Grullo stallion, Bueno Blue Badger .
