MSF Royal Cheifton is a 2003 16.2 hh Black and White Homozygous Tobiano/Overo stallion. He is Homozygous for the Tobiano gene as were both his parents (Shelterwood Laboratories Tested) and he is UC Davis tested for the LWO gene because of his Tovero coat pattern even though he does not have any Overo in his immediate pedigree. He is confirmed to be N/N so he cannot throw a lethal white foal when crossed with Overo mares, even if they carry the gene. He is safe to breed to all Overo mares as well as Tobiano. He throws a high percentage of black and white foals. He comes from great Champion bloodlines like Boston's Leo Mac (191 Performance Pts, 2 ROM & 2 Superiors, Sire of Winning Offspring including 508 total Pts, 4 Superiors & 4 ROMS) X Boston King Leo and Spotted Scorpion (Sire of APHA Champions, Offsrping Earning Include: 15 ROMS, 10 Superiors, 1426 Total Pts, Reserve World Champion Hunter Hack) and grandson of Hank A. Cheifton (1995 Honor Roll Champion, 1996 Top Ten World Show in 2 events, 3 ROM's in Calf Roping, Breakaway Roping & Amateur Calf Roping). This fine stallion was easily broke to ride...his disposition is fantastic!!!

He will stand to mares via frozen shipped semen only, beginning in 2009 for a stud fee of $450 that includes the $50 booking fee. Shipped semen, and Artificial insemination are also available if needed on any of our stallions. The fee is $200 this year to ship cooled semen and frozen semen is only $325 to ship on this stallion. Option 4 ($300) would be used if you had either all 3 discounts or 2 of them and paid the booking fee...and so on...just figure out how much you owe and click the drop down menu and click on the one that fits the amount of the stud fee that you would owe. Shipped Cooled Semen on our other stallions is still just $200 for the shipping fee if you are shipping cooled semen to another mare and is a separate button as some mares are bred on farm and don't require it.

CHESTNUT & WHITE, FLASHY, TOBIANO PAINT STALLION

Dblsmokinfreckolena or "Willie" was humanely put down April 8th, 2008, due to an unexpected illness.

...we have a couple of breedings to him frozen that we will be able to sell but the few foals hitting the ground this year will be some of his last he will ever have and this great bloodline will be lost. What an athletic stallion with so much heart...we were not able to collect anymore semen from him for freezing before he was put down. We had great plans for this fine stallion and his awesome bloodlines and athletic ability...he will be greatly missed, not for those unrealized plans, but for his presence, in our stud barn, our horse trailer and in our stud pastures...our ears will forever hear the sound of him calling to "his" mares out in the pastures here at The Lewis Ranch. My sympathy goes out to Deven Warren, his co-owner, trainer, and, most of all, his friend. Willie was a different horse after meeting Deven and a truer bond I have never witnessed.

Flashy and awesome bred APHA Tobiano paint horse stallion, DBLSMOKINFRECKOLENA . 2003 APHA registered Tobiano Stallion that is DOUBLE BRED Colonel Freckles, Mr Gun Smoke and Doc Bar with Freckle Face Smoke and Doc O'Lena too! Bred to the hilt, top and bottom! Great disposition, flashy coat pattern, kind eye and built to get the job done. This young stallion was co-owned by Deven Warren at DW performance horses and was very talented, athletic and cowy. "Willie" had been taught to mount the phantom, collect into an AV and his semen has proven great for on frozen breeding either on farm or shipping. His stud fee will be $500 until the 3 breedings of frozen semen we have left are gone and that includes a $50 booking fee. Mare care is $8 per day dry and $10 per day wet and shipped semen is available as well as AI services. We offer multiple mare discounts that are not limited to mares being being booked to the same stallion or by the same owner... so bring a friend. We stand several awesome stallions and welcome bookings to any of them. We also offer an additional $50 off for booking your mares before January 1, each year, to any of our stallions, so you can take up to $150 off the stud fee of any of our Homozygous, Paint or Quarter Horse stallions by booking your mares early, bringing a friend or proven, multiple mares of your own.

Returning customers can get a $50 discount as well, just mention it when you book your mare and take $50 off any stud fee in addition to other discounts!

This fine APHA Tobiano paint horse stallion is a nicely bred paint horse stallion with talent, heart and tons of cow sense. He is a Tobiano Paint stallion, with the bloodlines of some of the best in the business. He will throw foals that are very athletic and cowy along with that flashy coat pattern.
